How it works:

• Points are a gift to reward loyal, regular customers!
• Whenever you spend money on SERVICES at Retreat to Beauty, you earn points.
• 1 point = $1.
• You must accumulate 10 points before you can redeem them.
• Points are not transferable between clients.
• Points are only redeemable on full priced products and services and not in conjunction with other vouchers/discounts
• Points expire after 3 months
• We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, our online booking system requires a deposit to secure an appointment which is forfeited (or points will be lost) for any “no show” appointments or late cancellations. (Less than 24 hrs notice.)
• Reminder texts are sent at least 40hours prior, please reply “YES” to confirm or “NO” to cancel your appointment.
